Number of listings have dried up but you never know when a good deal will show up. 

Property management is the Wild West here in Maryland and we end up with operators leaving their owner clients high and dry, giving the whole industry a bad name.

Contractors are aggressively looking for work now as the demand dries up.

I look forward to being experienced enough to where everything is cut and dry (i doubt that will ever happen).

I may sound like we are splitting hairs but it’s an important distinction to make, single family and small multifamily fall under the single family umbrellas within the agencies (we’ll call them multi unit versus multi family).

It worked well for a while, then there was a big dry spell and they sat empty.If you have a furnished rental for month-to-month clients (e.g. traveling nurses) be prepared to shift to a longer lease or look for other customers like traveling businessmen, contractors, people between houses, etc. 

Basically all he did was replace two parts of dry wall and spray texture over all the seams, so there are large obvious seems of more popcorn texture, NOTHING was scraped, nothing was skimmed, and the only painting was over the texture that was added.
