Actually the news was pretty good today. 

So, good news is following you & Steves podcast advise I have bought a property, re-listed it on ebay and looks like I am going to double my money (auction ends Sunday night, just like you explained with the 30 day auctions, start on a Friday and it always ends on a Sunday right :)PLEASE KEEP SHARING THESE STORIES! 

This bad news has actually been GOOD news as I now am investigating and researching the Real estate investor ways :) I look forward from learning from the wise sages and making new friends here at bigger pockets !

That's a good example of using all of these absolute terms like everything is the same everywhere and the same examples that you might see in the news or on your own block is what happened(s) everywhere.
