Maybe cover with some sort of design???? 

Also pay close attention to mechanicals and lastly how easy/hard to separate out electric/gas etc...Good luck and keep us posted.

I contacted several of my friends this weekend, an engineer, an architectural designer, a real estate agent, a real estate lawyer.

In my experience of designing boiler systems, the expansion tank is always on the supply line.

I was looking at Home Depot and most of the selection has more ornate design than I want or is MDF which just seems cheap to me.  

I like the way Kwikset is designed, they install fast.

Now, the mechanical process. 

Both are a function of the mechanical set-up of the building, as well as the age and condition.  

I designed the house to live in, and didn't want to be worrying about scratches, etc.

I have a ton of experience in the construction field, and there has to be someone out there who is planning, designing, starting, working on, or finishing a project that could use a hand.I would like to help someone who truly does need the help right now.
