I keep debating between trying to get a different 9 to 5, versus just going all in on trying to make the real estate thing work.

This is a very hotly debated topic in the real estate investing space :-) this post my blow up, watch out :-) There will be as many opinions on this topic as there are people...There are pros and cons of doing so.

Jon,I was thinking the same thing as far as value of the house and the loan amount this is what I was debating over.

Not only possible, but likely : ) lol but I guess that's a separate discussion/debate.  

My friend and I first bought a SFH after my sophomore year of college (2007) after debating on renting or in fact buying a place to rent out in the future.

Not looking to cause a big debate here just curious as to who is actually making a living off of just wholesaling real estate.

I know this is a common point of debate and there doesn't really seem to be 1 correct answer. just curious on everyones thoughts?

This is something that's good to have regardless...also there is plenty of debate how much an LLC really protects a landlord.

I have opportunities at buying more there, and I'm debating.
