There is no way to hide that.Medicare/caid will simply take the asset back and the buyer will be left with nothing.If medicaid feels there was an attempt on the buyer or seller to defraud medicaid, they may refer the case for prosecution.

Landlord could *indemnify* the poster that was on the internet telling them to do something, and the poster could be liable for ALL those damages that resulted from their faulty advice.Not to mention many states do, in fact, criminalize the act of unauthorized practice of law.
