You don't have to be the "bad guy"....you only have to be the one "bad guy" allowing criminal activity on your property.

One of which may be, the answer to your foundation problem may potential be kept from you by someone who finds this comment offensive.

I'd put some large area rugs in those rooms, the crazy tile patterns won't be so offensive as an interesting border.

The report is comprehensive with all the information I want, like credit score, rental history, criminal background, employment and verification. 

I found a review of some of her company's info and her criminal history, but it looks like most of that was from not knowing about the laws with securities and it looks like her methods were not working for that.
