First property is currently under contract. 2nd property's lease will end in May and we will then get it ready for sale.

This client I was offering for was not comfortable with that, but he was going to try and have his inspector, contractor, and himself all see the property on the first showing to speed things up and be ready to have funds in the sellers account in less than two weeks.

The house is move in ready after some repairs a family member, who currently resides near Stow has been able to contract out.

Well if you’re using a VA Loan the property will have to be “move-in ready” so if any major repairs were needed this would be a problem.
