Hello, I'm a new member in BP and in dire need for advice.  I may be in acquiring a property in Stow, Ohio.  If all goes in my favor, I may purchasing this property for $250K from a family trust.  The house is move in ready after some repairs a family member, who currently resides near Stow has been able to contract out.  My question is about property taxes. ( I see that they are almost double what they are here in Salt Lake County).  Can someone recommend a good PM company? I would like to know if this would be a good investment as a rental property being that I'm so far away.  Any advice would be greatly appreciate it.
