Is there anything else I need to do here or forms needed to be completed?

Goals is adding an ADU when remodeling a distressed SFH, but so far none of properties we completed worked for it (zone issues, lot size, garage storage > ADU value). 

Just this week I filed an amended return for a client that used a CPA/EA who did their taxes and completely neglected to enter their passive loss carry forward (even tax pros often make that mistake).  

Our recommendation to most of our clients is that until we have additional information, if you are going to be able to claim bonus depreciation, just extend that tax return and wait for it to be finalized. 

I'd also find out the name of the owner and take them to small claims court.

I would never buy in a complete war zone with no price appreciation in sight.

And I've also had leases for renters that are in the process of building a home and are looking to rent until construction on their new home is complete. 

We are completely booked with fantastic occupancy for the lion’s share of the year in our listings, and although I don’t want to compete directly in the golf cart space, I do think there’s some opportunity here for us with a little bit of a unique offering.  

It may have a 70-year-old sewer line, or it could have been completely replaced ten years ago.

I've completed tons of research/due diligence.
