@Jeffrey Briscoe  if you mean more than wholesaler bringing you deals then that is very common.

Hopefully they have cars and phones and clothes they can't afford like normal renters and will correct their consumeristic behavior, allowing them to qualify within 24 months.

It saved me time having to talk to people on the phone asking them qualifying questions, and I was able to reach out to just the ones that qualified.Would love to share ideas if anyone is interested.

@Matthew Forrest  It was in about $4500 to separate all utilities.Yes...I would interested in the referral for a electrician.Thank you for the waiver...what seems to be the most common issue for the city to grant this waiver?
