I originally wanted to focus on Corp Housing before jumping into Vacation Rentals as I used to use them in my old job and seemed like a good way to get potential repeat customers/business that would take better care of the property.   

Be careful with major rehabs long distance 

I do support everyone trying to be fair and earn their dues but for 2.5% he should be darn near perfect and Johnny-On-The SPOT.Take care now.

No PM will ever care about your property like you will.

I have a great property manager out there that takes care of all my rentals.

Professional caretakers milking benefits have a long history of lying about the severity of conditions to help people like this stay in the home and continue making a living off them.If you really think this woman is insane, no one is being served by keeping her there except whoever's pretending to take care of her.

Be careful not to learn to much about current processes about how 99% of firms work because they are about to change.

But if you work with good realtor and property manage, they will take care of you.Good luck!

@Hunter Malott If you are looking to do wholesaling then I would be careful at calling the numbers on the signs you see.
