Replacements would run about $3,000 each brand new and installed.

I have a nice brand new home, still owe on two cars for another 3 years, and I pretty much sad to admit but break even every month.

Branding has not been a problem as most of my clientele are business to business referrals.

JohnI think when you are brand new turnkey is the way to go.

I really don't want to rent it out, everything is fresh and brand new, also to hold it that long I think would cost me what I would be saving in taxes.

If you are just looking in one area, start making of spreadsheet of what houses have sold for, how many beds/br and the sqft.

I'll have to check my notification settings.The marketing study would be pretty generic since you don't know what type of specific brand would occupy the location.

Most wholesalers are not waiting for sellers to find them online which knowing you will have a brand new site, this will take a long time to be found by sellers.I think you should spend a few bucks working on direct mail and going after possible sellers to specific lists.
