I thought it was a good idea to open a company and put it under its name as to build a company asset.

Bitcoin and Real Estate are two completely different asset classes.

These two have about a 125k in liquid assets and purchase price is about 1.5m.

In my experience, one of the best entities to hold real estate assets is an LLC. 

I'd also consider any of these in a natural wood finish.You have an easy opportunity to turn an unattractive hallway laundry into an aesthetic asset.

You need to describe deal size, asset type,etc.

They also ask for family members and friends or descendants with their known addresses and their assets.

But you can circumvent this all buy just buying the assets and reselling that is what you want to do.But keep poking around I am sure something will gel for you .. . but do check out Gary.. you will be amazed at all the low end real estate.. and then your next thought process will be WHY HOW WHy and how can I buy homes for under 5k each..

I stay away from all the market type stuff where they are shopping the asset and sitting on it trying to throw tons of buyers in to push the highest price.
