Someone doing something in a an old cow town in Texas may not be the same where you are.As to your disclosure, if by law it is acceptable then I suggest you make your assignment more of a notice of disclosure and require the acknowlgment of the receipt of the notice rather than the seller appearing to give permission.You can arrange the requirement for the seller to acknowledge the reciept of any notice required for you to perform in the contemplated sale in your initial offer, then the seller will have to provide you with your needed documents, like it or not. :)

I think you need to back up and make sure you understand the scope of the lending arrangements before you think about asking what form to do your underwriting from, just sounds like you are kinda lost at this point which means the underlying relationship is probably not sufficiently addressed.

i agree with you David, i watched an episode yesterday of Flipping Vegas, where a boa constrictor holds up reno, its obviously a pet, and the scene where two workers evacuate looks completely staged, not to mention, the camera man and camera watches the snake approach the house, then stays in the house and gets incredibly close to it?

You could offer it back to your manager with either an installment sale or a lease with option to purchase or a lease purchase arrangement (he MUST buy in this case as opposed to the case where he can choose to buy with an option).

You can make an arrangement with them and they will give you pre-printed signs, that warn about parking for unauthorized people , cite the law, and has the contact info for this towing company.
