In handling an eviction, I would trust a judge in Sonoma County way more than some Democratic machine appointed hack in, say, Cleveland to get a fair result.  2. $200/month seems like a very low bar.

Okay so I got a appointment for next week when the seller agrees to the deal that you have do you all sit down and explain the contract to the seller or tell them to read the contract and then sign it with you there ?
