Cost in cdn$ was in the 16 k range depending on how I added it up but the developed component was just 600 ft.

Some  are closely aligned to Stocks where you're in and out in a short period of time and most issues are the physical asset itself.

I keep arguing that they could base it in the price of the lot, which than can do a comp on, and then add in average price per square foot for construction.

If those align, then yes it is!

It definitely seems to be a seller's/realtor's market right now, and aligning each other's goals in terms of deals for both sides makes sense. 

After my last layoff, I did some soul searching and realized that I.T. was not aligned with my life goals.
