Looking for some adviceI"m under contract on a few single level 1970's duplexes, but two units have that very musty air sensation in them. 

We keep portable heaters and portable AC units on hand for times when a furnace or air conditioner might stop working.

There are ways to get a IRS lien released but I don't know the details.

There is a Harford Strategies meeting, which is one of the sub meetings of the Baltimore REIA, on the first Monday of the month at 510 Johnnys in Bel Air.

I'm Air Force, so I will use what I know.Right near the gates of military bases, you often see pawn shops, used car lots, and payday loan places. 

I checked smoke detectors, replaced air filters, serviced the HVAC unit, & checked the plumbing, electrical outlets, appliances, and crawlspace.  

I have family in the electrical, plumbing, heating and air business so I have names and contacts in construction that I could refer you to.  

I'm 100% okay at this time leaving my comfort zone but the details concerning that departure are still up in the air.
