DudeDon't wait get going now........DONT wait another dayWrite your contracts on a napkin if you need to.This whole business is all about contracting.Seriously ......Write your own that say what you want them to sayhave an attorney check them then start writing contracts till you have a dealI have done deals on a handshake then met at the escrow companies offices on a later date.

She could've skipped the whole degree and ended up with the job she has now.For myself, the degree definitely helped me get my job, and I make enough of a difference to cover my student loan payment and still come out ahead.But for me, my degree and current day job are just a means to an end.

craigslistbandit signs nearby that lead to houselist it in the mls yourself or for sale by owner.combannersone idea I had that I have not personally used is the person I own a house with currently is also a manager at a very well known wine store, and to have them "sponsor" a wine /beer tasting and have it at the house on an open house day in order to get more bodies through the door. maybe you could take that idea and team up with someone you know who owns a restaurant etc.
