Also we stayed at the Marina Sands in Singapore the one with the big ship like pool on top of it  probably one of the coolest hotels in the World she no like that..

I am new to the real estate world and I just opened up a real estate investment business and have been watching videos and listening to podcasts about how to start real estate investing, flipping houses, landlordship, etc.

It does very well, but a very different world!

If you are looking to possibly get into the real estate rental world with this property, you are probably going to want to hire a CPA anyways to make sure you're filing taxes correctly.

I'm not calling a bubble but in my opinion this won't last and there will be lots of volatility over the next 3-4 years while companies and people adapt to a more expensive world.
