Speak to your custodian and see if they will allow this and can refer you to an attorney that can help set it up.

And to be fair, I did start marketing only a month ago, so their might be a little 'shiny object' thing going on, but I'm just trying to be a careful and effective short and long term planner.

I feel that this is a set back.

I'm using Mint to set budgets and monitor all my spending. 

I do have businesses set up for this and am contemplating moving the properties into the LLCs, trying to figure out if I should do this after the refi ...

I am about to purchase my second property to flip with a set of partners.  

Each car either had their own number or extension and if you closed the transaction on a lead from someone's car advertisement, you would give them a percentage or set dollar amount.  

Keep in mind though when you set a precedent it is hard to step back from it later on.
