Not only do they wipe out your cash flow but they control what u do and don't do and often have financial troubles themselves that only cost you the investor more of your cash flow.

Only work with agents that like to work with buyers even though u are letting them list your properties.

Btw I read something about Temple U building more dorm buildings and turning the rental market in the area on its head.

go to the grocery store and rent one of the carpet cleaners and use it to suck up the excess water. u need to get those deodorized asap.good luck!

To me the lease is there to be to protect u, but they will break the rules.

If u want to do it yourself, "Tenant Background Search" is very reasonable for screening your prospective tenants.
