Finding The Right Agent To List Your Property
I'd be curious to get some input from the community on how to find a real estate agent who will get results (i.e. - an agent who will find buyers, get offers and get the deal closed as quickly as possible).
Personally, I haven't worked with many agents over the years because I can usually do the job faster on my own, but I know there are some agents out there who can certainly bring value to the table (IF you're lucky enough to find them).
If you were starting out in a new market today, what steps would you take to find the best agent in your area?
