Sure you'll get some efficiencies of scale, but that will also depend on the nature of the property.

That said, a lot depends on how much time has passed since the set up and other factors like natural disasters, drainage etc.

Nature of the beast, I am sure most property investors have had at least one bad experience, its how you deal with it that matters.

Seller financing is highly profitable as long as the buyer stays paying that high interest loan amount, but the natural way of things is that they will try to refinance with a bank as soon as they can which eliminates the rest of your profits. 

I am doing LVP in the kitchens and hallways (natural wood look in darker tone), white kitchen cabinets with stainless appliances, and have painted Agreeable Gray SW throughout.

I have some cash left, but naturally would rather keep as much of it as possible for the eventual repairs/upgrades that will be required.
