Redfin is not in my market area currently, but I believe you act as a home tour guide for people who schedule a tour and you work a shift when available as scheduled showings come in on the calendar.

In regards to tour statement about what i can get for under 50 in the multi family market.

Try doing a tour of her unit, fixing every complaint she has, and mentioning that you'll bring a new lease by before the beginning of next month.

Again as for the MLS, the pictures are on Zillow's server rather than being linked to.I believe some of the virtual tour companies such as tourfactory.com syndicate whatever you upload.

If you need a tour guide in Indianapolis, I know of a few tour guides who know the area like the back of their hand!

Sometimes there is a coach/investor advertising on Facebook a tour of their current rehabs. 

As others have mentioned staging could help but if it is the curb appeal relative to competition or if someone hates (fill the blank) they are not going to tour the house. 

I just did a property tour with the Jason Hartman investment group, and really liked the area generally, and his partner builder specifically.
