Does anyone have any recommendations for landlord insurance brokers that looks at many agency's to find the best rates?

However I didn't see any matches for Rock Star or Rockstar property management companies in the RI Dept of State database - which isn't a great sign.If you do end up talking to them, find out who their licensed real estate broker is.

Hi BiggerPockets, I have recently passed safe Nmls state exam and looking for a sponsoring mortgage broker in the New York 5 borough area.

I would love to connect with "positive, like minded" wholesalers,...brokers, title companies and attorneys. 

Each usage still comes with underwriting review, origination & broker fees, as well as a rate closer to 10% than 6% (I was quoted 6.99+ but my terms were for 9.65%).  

They seem to be used most often for custom built homes.

I will look for a real estate agent, mortgage broker, real estate attorney, accountant, handyman, and property manager.

Hi @Omari Heflin, the only way to find MF off market deals is by sending letters to owners .... and or building relationships with commercial brokers.

Competent appraisers will not work for AMCs so mortgage-related appraisers sent by banks are often bottom of the barrel.That said, I often have to ask why people assume brokers comps are correct?

I think its up to the realtor.. but generally speaking.. if a wholesaler gets a listing and double closes it or assigns it listing broker was probably asleep at the switch..
