Paying off your balance every month is responsible practice and good for your credit score, but it makes you a less-than-ideal customer from the standpoint of the credit card company.

This is not because I haven't kept up with the rents, it is because the best way to maximize rent is to vacate the property and redo it.This just so happens to be a property manager's dream and aligns perfectly with their customers.

You might have to market more, but you can be the only game in town to fit that special situation.
