I'm looking for referrals in Portland OR for 203K specifically:a lender with solid transactional experience in 203k loansthe person (contractor or consultant) who does the initial analysis and gets the bank the paperwork they need to finalize the loan processa contractor (design/build ideal but not necessary) who is 203k FHA approvedIf I'm buying a Wells Fargo Bank foreclosure, does it make any sense to get a WFB 203k loan?

We do not have him on retainer or anything, nor have we had a consultation with him.  

I'd also recommend consulting a lawyer just to be sure. 

But when we voice our objection and they aren't willing to work with us I feel they've breached their fiduciary duty per WA State's RCWs.Am I wrong in wanting to consult an attorney to take action against them?

An underwriter or financial consultation is not something that is really restricted to a local area.
