Parking is not good in many areas so we will see how that goes but just approving the in-laws, ADU and etc. additions I don’t think will tank the market.

One problem I see is that due to the red tape involved with these loans I may miss out on a deal while waiting for approval on one of these loans.

They are contacted by someone who writes a contract on their house, and all they need to do is show it to their "partner" to make sure the partner approves.

I am guessing to get approved for the loan, you have to provide the cost of the multifamily home and the lot.

Will this one be eligible for Agency debt or will you be looking for a competitive small balance commercial program to exit the hard money? 

All are in some progression of application submittal or approval. 2 have already received funding for prior months but had to resubmit documentation for further funding.

We have over 17 loans with 1 credit union in our area (Jeanne D'Arc in Lowell MA) and due to our balance they need to bring our loans to the credit committee for approval.
