Some methods are looking in the various property sections of Craigslist, googling “we buy houses” and contacting all the companies you find in your area and looking for company Facebook pages. 

Create Fan page on Facebook and build your network by posting valuable info and then request connections from everyone that likes those posts.

I've asked this question in the past to owners and was shocked to find some PMs don't use Facebook Marketplace/local Facebook rental groups. 

I also recommend joining the Facebook groups "The Credit Society," "Credit Hackers," and "Credit Cards 101" where you can really learn the ins and outs of not only building credit but also "churning" and optimizing rewards by leveraging credit cards and even traveling completely for free.
