Finding buy and hold investors

Hello BP!

Any advice on how to find investors that are looking for buy-and-hold properties? Investors that are looking to take on tenant-occupied properties?

I live in the triad of North Carolina and I find it easy to find flippers but not necessarily holders.

Any feedback is appreciated!
