Few more points of fact indirectly, in a 30 mile radius of me right now here in The Woodlands, Texas, we have thousands upon thousands of upper middle class Mexican nationals living here that fled from those types of cartels.

Hey Biggerpockets community,I am working on some in-depth research on the real estate market in the north Houston / Spring / Woodlands , Texas area, specifically 77379 and surrounding areas.

South of Main, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will would be great for STR/MTRs in the Columbus.

Does anyone have some recommendations for the Woodland/Sacramento area.

Is South Tulsa, around Woodland hills good? 

@Eric ReedI have bought from them a few times - it is unlikely that I buy again - New western does a lot of marketing and gets many properties under contract every month - they also get a lot on MLS - in my opinion, they usually try to take most of the profit before passing it along to the investor/flipper - I think they can have moderate buys if you are a landlord, but I haven’t seen them with much opportunity for a flipper - also, they do not pay attention to market areas - if I tell them I’m interested in the woodlands/Montgomery county, I will get emails for everything from the entire metro... 

Garages of Texas in Katy & Magnolia,  Luxe Garage Suites coming to the Woodlands, and Garage Ultimate down in Friendswood. 

I live in Davis and help a lot of investors from the Bay Area with West Sac, Davis, Woodland and I can recommend some other areas I think are definitely worth pursuing.

I graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute Bible College in 2016 and in 2017 my parents decided to move to Woodland Park, Co and I stepped in as the property manager for their 20 homes and have been loving it!
