Hi, I recently just graduated from Texas Womans Univeristy here in Denton, Tx.

I have a woman with whom I work that I'm spoon feeding financial books to! 

Since then, I got married to the woman of my dreams in July 2019 and we have paid off a total of $110K in student loans together and are completely debt free.

When I was right out of high school, I became good friends with an extremely hard working and powerful woman.

This woman tried to kick her boyfriend out 3 times and each time, he came back the next morning. 

Had a woman making $3k/mo gross wanting a $1400 unit (down from $1680) and thought I was unreasonable declining her for not meeting my 3x requirement.

No, she shouldn't just outright blanket refuse to give it back before she moves, but, after she moves, if the tenant can't prove a deposit was made, or she didn't earn it by cleaning, what possible benefit could there be to giving this woman $300?

NOWHERE in the Bible does it say not to use debt.It also speaks to the behaviors of a woman of virtue in Proverbs 31.

I was about a woman who was Managing Tenants and properties from Costa Rica.

From the early information I have gathered so far, I am told the property is owned by an elderly woman who no longer wants it.
