Interested in wholesaling, fix & flips & etc. 

Hey everyone,I currently own a duplex and I'm eager to explore wholesaling.

Usually wholesaling works best as a side venture while buy/hold is the main focus.

Do you know anywhere on the internet I can find something to inform me on the paperwork process of wholesaling a property with a quitclaim deed that one received from the county paying the taxes owed? 

Looking for a loan because I am wholesaling a deal that has a sizable assignment fee.

There are companies that sell turn-key rentals that could be a great solution for a busy professional, or maybe finding a reputable wholesaling company or realtor to help bring you deals to leverage your time better. 

Having no experience, capital or expertise and thinking your going to be successful setting up a “wholesaling” business4.

Wholesaling land, houses etc is a very tough unless you have a substantial buyers book ( this for beat up houses) your marketing time is cut down to what your original contract dictates.

I'm actively wholesaling mobile homes when working with sellers and finding buyers. 

I also know there are side hustles, wholesaling etc, but I am not looking for ideas that will delay the purchase process time wise.Can anyone share some knowledge or experience tailored to my scenario, if there is a way to purchase a house asap in this case?
