I jut bought my partner out.I am looking to get into the BRRRR strategy after watching the live webinar from Brandon yesterday. 

Webinars and online research can only do so much.

I know this is a common question, I've searched BP/google/etc, listened to podcasts, webinars for the past 10 months and see the pro's/con's for either way but wanted to get advice based on my particular situation.

What audiobooks or webinar would you recommend?

Both of my grandfather's had single family rentals in their younger years and have encouraged me to look into rentals, which has lead me to Bigger Pockets I've been voraciously consuming old podcast episodes, the last few webinars, forums posts etc. 

I have been looking at what they can offer me and have attended one of their webinars and everything checks out.

I've seen Scott Carson's webinars and he's a pretty no nonsense guy when it comes to his training.
