We're looking to be in a B community at worst.Thoughts?

It shows cap rates based on A , B, and C class. 

Question yourself why would anyone pay rent of $1200 for a Class C product when they can get into a B class product.

In a b- neighborhood I have about 500000 in property assets I could sell something to pay this down and refinance

@Brett Kirchoff Does Anchor Title (or any title company in Mobile) allow assignments or double/simultaneous closing (where the funds from the B-C transaction funds the A-B transaction?

Both of my condos are A/B+ class and in the fastest growing part of the fastest growing county in the region.

I believe I heard Cardone is thinking about doing a b offering.

In fact, I am too afraid to start, but I would like to get going and jump on the train of real estate.A Little about me, I have a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and a masters in Engineering Management.

My initial plan was to house hack with my va loan; however, this is looking like a great deal if I could get it for an ideal price (it has been on the market for over 2 mos and I just received word that the condition is considered "poor" as there haven't been any upgrades in a decade and it's looking to be in a B-/C area...so I'm hoping to knock the price down significantly...any advice on this would be appreciated as well!).
