Cap Rates in Riverside County and Orange County CA
Looking for a GENERAL guideline on current cap rates for multi-unit apartments in Riverside County and also Orange County (most likely around Anaheim). Looking to possibly 1031 $3m and starting to look at returns. I understand rates are variable according to areas and prop condition, etc. Thanks.
