Hey just running numbers and analyzing potential deals and looking for contractor and new home builder recommendations 🙌 I'm looking for trustworthy people that I can bounce ideas off of, get rough estimates from and network with to see if potential deals pencil thank you!!

You want to work with a turnkey company that has years of experience, numerous markets, and a team that is trust worthy and reliable with a proven track record.

Depends on how trustworthy they are and their financial situation.Had a guy string me along for an extra month with words like this.

Finally...your investor-friendly agent should be honest, trustworthy and operate on the highest level of ethics.Note: Please notice that I'm not referencing the word "Realtor" here.

@Eliseo MontesIt is great to have such a trustworthy friend but it is interesting that they loaned the money to you without you having even a business plan.

@Chris Davidson - Thanks Chris, no boots on the ground that is what I'm trying figure out as to who to contact first and how to have trust worthy people and not get burned.

I'm sure you and your friend have a great relationship, but a "string of acquaintances" doesn't sound like the most trustworthy source if you're going to be investing large sums of money in all honesty.there's a lot of homework that needs to be done.
