Ideally I want to pursue something that will give me experience/knowledge that can be translated to my future real estate investing business.I've considered getting my real estate license and pursuing that career, although I live in NYC and real estate is highly competitve here from my understanding.

My job essentially translates into project management and general oversight with about 100 folks working for me inside an organization of about 800.

The market in STL is relatively good, but this does not translate 100% to class b and c space.

Christine Swaidan - Hire a translator- Learn if they paid a sec dep to the original tenants equal to what you're holding - make them and original tenants sign agreement that security deposit you're holding is now in new tenants name.Or- send original tenants a note that their security deposit is forfeit for breaking the lease. - Ask new tenants to pay you a security deposit.
