My dry wall contractor has over 600 employees and a JET  for instance.The big subs on the west coast right now are just flat killing it.. not the lunch bucket day contractors but the for real companies.

Don't buy the $40/bag stuff, you can just as easily go with the $10 / bag stuff that you use as tile adhesive (ie: thin set)Get a good texture crew, that goes quickly.

Many years ago I could have retired at 34 on a big pile of real estate but I took a shot at the jet set by providing the capital for a start up company with another investor.

They need bathtub surrounds, tile on the floors, mirrors, fixtures, texture/paint.

A "traveling nurse" job could also mean "home healthcare", which isn't jet-setting around the country, it's driving around your own city starting iv's & checking on people who are on vents.
