Hi Konrad,If it were me doing this, I’d ask my friend to telephone every “Decision Maker” on the properties sale, and tell them I (his friend) am interested in buying the properties and would like to meet with them in person.When they say yes, have him hand you the phone and introduce yourself to them, and then set up a time to meet with them, one at a time (not as a group) in their homes.

To me it's land line telephones.
