IMHO he did not keep a professional manner and did not handle the issue in a customer friendly fashion......I am glad he refunded me at this point since I am not interested in rolling the dice on any more $1500+ programs but I was shocked to see that he did not care to better explain the reasoning behind the waiting time for setup VS the guarantee time limit ......or even try to level with me as a customer.

so an old park in WV to me as a new buyer who is looking to keep it running Is not worth what most sellers are going to think its worth.. 250k to be fair was 40k remodeling the house.. but by the time I ran in new utls power meters demo'd trailers re surface roads new water lines etc etc.. it just adds up..

If someone could prove that unusable fireplaces add value, I'd start learning to lay brink.I almost beat what is happening is that when buyers are touring properties bet they say things like they love it, its gives it that old fashion feel.Taking that at face value you miss what i am assuming in buyers trying to convince themselves, that the house is worth buying, even if it does come with a worthless eyesore.
