After reading Brandon and Brian's book, The Multifamily Millionaire, Volume II: Create Generational Wealth by Investing in Large Multifamily Real Estate, I'm a bit puzzled as to if the GP's must have real estate experience, or if someone can connect enough professionals/companies on their team to execute successful investments.

and frankly most landlords send a technician to fix things, not go there themselves, same goes for lawn care, usually you have a company that comes every week/other week, you do not need to be there.... 

I am also looking at a new company called Noshable that does grocery delivery precheck in and gives kickbacks as well.

Several factors indicate the company is not that concerned about efficiency or ease of customer process: the website, a process that seemed to focus on one issue at a time instead of all issues at once, and consistently poor communications and lack of common sense from the loan analyst we were assigned.It started off very well with the initial point of contact, Austin Lornson, who did a fine job of explaining the general refinancing process, responding quickly and thoroughly to our questions.

Plus the macroeconomics are on fire with job growth, population growth, and companies moving/developing here.

We usually are responsible for connecting investors with teams on the ground or established local PM companies.

You might check with your Self-Directed IRA Trust Company/Custodian, they might have a brokerage connection capability where you can setup a brokerage account tied to your IRA, then you can with that brokerage to invest in various public market investments, in some cases stocks, mutual funds, ETF's, treasuries, and CD's.

Will you be managing this yourself or with a local company?

Plus so many companies moving and developing here like Amazon, FB, Google, Nationwide, Honda, Ohio State University, Intel, etc.
