@Jill Young I may have a product that can work for you depending on the property specifics. 

Savvy buyer's agents look at stats like sold price to list price ratio trends and watch specific properties to see what they sold for compared to what they were listed for to really understand the market and make offers accordingly.

If you go to the property appraiser's website, you can probably  look at the year over year change in the taxable value of the property.  

So, specifically I am still curious how someone would change their approach to branding/hosting from 2 STRs that are SFHs to a 10 cabin property.

Maybe I am not seeing the full picture but any specifics you could share that they would bring to the table?
