I think he was upset because I used him in the past and he may have expected that I would continue with his services. 

The definition of “livable” or “finished” space can be surprisingly specific.In many markets, including here in Arizona, appraisers and agents generally want the space to be finished in a manner consistant with the rest of the home and serviced by a more permanent heating and cooling source.

It's still early but we're expecting tenants to use the service for 9-18 months, and about 45% to also order the extra reporting of their previous rent payments which costs ~$20-25.

I know a lot of you offer this service (and no offense), but I'm looking for customers that have done this and gone thru it all.

It's thorough, easy to use and easy to modify so you can include your own special terms such as quiet hours, how trash service will be handled, parking, and anything else that is specific to your property. 

No need to pay a 3rd party service for this. 

I think another idea is come up with some renderings and a slide deck and go make presentations at the closest senior centers, Rotary and other service clubs, maybe several nearby chambers and see what kind of interest there is. 

They wont connect service in a unit (had service before turnover) because they're upgrading service.

You'll probably get better service approaching it that way than hiring a professional manager anyway.
