So after deep soul searching I’ve decided to pull the signs off tonight.

If you and your significant other are soul searching and conclude that your lifestyle will be more engaging in a more rural context, then that is a tough thing to measure out and exchange for some dollars in my opinion.One other thing:  expect to be less than 100% sure on many more decisions in life. 

And then, once you're comfortably settled away from your current energy-draining and soul-sucking situation, start thinking creatively about real estate.You'll have more space to be creative -- and more fun -- if your life can support your passion, rather than burdening your passion to support your life. 

You might also rely on some of the helpful souls in your local real estate investment meet up.

You are a brave soul to simply walk up to the door and knock!

Are they all misled lemmings drowning in ignorance while those renting there are enlightened souls lacking pity for those who just don't get how things work now-a-days?

If you are not close then it's time to do some soul searching.

But definitely doable and not soul sucking either.And kudos to @Anthony Bellesbach who tosses out another nice way of eliminating taxes. 

But there are adventurous souls with deep pockets and good legal representation still structuring non-safe harbor reverses.
