I've actually found a little soft spot in my heart for the RE agents that just come right out and say "I don't work with investors" because it at least saves me the time and energy.Now having said that - I had to make TONS of calls and send a bunch of emails but I finally found an agent that does nothing more than work with investors and I'm stoked that the hunt finally paid off.And guess where I found that agent at?

When you did your intial application it will tell you your real fico score via a soft pull, did that say 740 or are you getting that from a credit monitoring service.

So yellow letter marketing which i do myself a little time consumming but I do roughly 80 bucks a week this allows me to mail out 120 letters.Since I usually only send out letters to 2-3 zip codes in my area depending on how many names I get off of freedom soft Im still going back and forth to the records office to get probate list so I can be doing something while I wait to see if I get any hits.

You can check your score online fromFreeCreditScore.com or CreditKarma.comHard inquiries hit your score, soft ones do not.You can also contact a loan officer who can pull it for you.

(You might not want to try this approach if you are a soft sale because they will be very good at what they do, and they are a good option for people desperate to sell who want to offload a problem).Partnering with an expert is not a bad idea if they have a proven track record, can sell the property without paying listing commissions (they will need to be licensed) and if they will put the renovation money up and manage it.
