Hello folks,When running BGC and other reports on potential tenants and having applicants pay for them, do you run them for all?

What you can do is let them know that you can no longer subsidize the tenant and that you're preparing to start the eviction process.You don't need an attorney to tell you that you are running a business - not a social services organization. 

What are your short term goals? 

Not to the extent of uploading photos and explaining repairs (that's pretty cool) but running comps, estimating ARV, reasonable rehab budget, profitability, etc.
