I do the whole gamut of investing using strategies and resources such as subject to, land trusts, lease options, sandwich leases, auctions, hard money and private money lenders, dealing with FSBOs, selling properties FSBO, networking, marketing, and I'm always trying to learn something new and believe no one can ever know everything.I've read many books, scoured forums (including this one, but I've only recently began posting).

She said the state of MN takes a very dim view of these contracts because so few buyers ever exercise their option on them.I am trying to use it to do a sandwich lease option but was told by her I should try to use a contract for deed instead.
