. ;-) There is nothing false wiih what @Henry Clark said.Commercial real estate is broad - Office space, self-storage, Farm, Data centers, residential properties above 4 units, etcIt can be true that one part of commercial real estate is suffering while others is thriving.

The area is expanding rapidly and I could see this property really going up in value as there is a very limited amount of buildable space between the mountains and the ocean, so I see this as a great investment and I would love to keep it.

Knowing this space well is important imo.  

The builder that Vinod has a contract with is Elite builders( I never said that they were bankrupt) as I don't have this information from the builder nor the public records.

A friend of mine recently got a $2M umbrella policy for around $300 annually by bundling it with home and auto insurance; it’s worth exploring.Out of curiosity, are you primarily investing in residential properties or venturing into commercial spaces?

If the property breaks even, or operates in the red currently, it will only operate deeper in the negative (unless you find a strong ROI like creating more bedrooms, convert a non living space to living space, etc) with another loan. 

Public forms are not the best place for asking legal questions since it's rare to find a unified accurate answer, so hopefully the video helps.
