.- At the surface it sounds like a great opportunity, but I think there needs to be some more digging into the numbers to understand if its worth it at that price, and what the risk profile is.

You can browse the forums for more information, but those are actually both pretty high risk options as well.Have you considered house hacking, or a live in flip?  

Ford Motor Credit will do no pg business auto loans/leases, but you need a strong DNB profile, with high trade limits reporting.

If you are just browsing Zillow doubt that you’ll find a deal.
